McCollum Heritage 91 wines are shipped through our vineyard partner Adelsheim Vineyards.

Adelsheim strongly recommends shipping wine to a business address, if possible, for prompt delivery. For any questions about shipping, please please email shipping@adelsheim.com or call 503-538-6395.

Federal law requires a signature be obtained from an individual over the age of 21 for all wine shipments. Notes with a signature left for the delivery companies and PO box deliveries cannot be accepted as a replacement for an individual signing for the shipment. By placing your order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old and that the person to whom delivery will be made is at least 21 years old. When your wine is delivered, the person receiving delivery may be required to show identification.

After the third missed delivery attempt, orders will be held for up to approximately five business days, this time is dependent on your local Fed-Ex or UPS store. If not picked up, your shipment will be returned to the Adelsheim warehouse. Additional shipping charges may apply to reship an order.

Adelsheim evaluates weather and temperatures prior to shipping orders. If an order is requested to ship and the shipping route is experiencing inclement weather, they will hold your order until the opportune shipping conditions.

Adelsheim is compliant with state laws, and currently ships wine directly to consumers in the following states: AK, AL*, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, KS, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI**, MN, MO, MT, NC, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI, and WY.

Adelsheim cannot ship to the following states: AR, DE, IN, KY, MS, ND, NE, SD, UT, VT and WV.

PLEASE NOTE
All Alabama orders must ship direct to an ABC store and require the customer to supply us with the ABC store address.

Michigan law requires us to obtain proof that the person placing an order is at least 21 years of age. Please email the shipping department a copy of your photo identification to shipping@adelsheim.com.

SHIPPING OPTIONS
Orders placed by 2:00pm PST, Monday through Friday, can be shipped within two business days. The package tracking number will be sent to the customer placing the order via email once the order has shipped (within 48-72 hours).

Orders placed after 2:00pm PST, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday will be processed the following business day. Please allow 1-2 business days for order fulfillment placed Monday – Friday.

The default shipping company is UPS.

All orders shipping to AK and HI must be shipped 2 Day Air.

OTHER DETAILS REGARDING SHIPMENTS
Adelsheim sells and ships wine only to persons 21 years of age or older. To place an order, you must provide your date of birth (the recipient’s date of birth if sending a gift). By placing an order with McCollum Heritage 91 and/or Adelsheim, you certify under the penalty of perjury that you and the recipient of this shipment are at least 21 years old.

All wine deliveries legally require the signature of a person 21 years or older. Packages containing alcohol cannot be left unattended (ex., at a door or on a porch).

When wine is delivered, the recipient will be required to show identification proving they are at least 21 years old. 

UPS/Fed-Ex makes three delivery attempts before the order is sent back to us. If Adelsheim needs to resend the package, there will be an additional charge of $25 to re-ship. (Please note: UPS/Fed-Ex stores generally hold packages for up to a week before they re-route the package back to us.) 

Acts of Nature: No refunds will be offered for damages or delays caused by acts of nature or inclement weather.

Adelsheim is unable to ship orders to individuals outside the United States.
